From Burdens to Blessings

I was reminded tonight...those things in life that we consider a burden...  They’re not a burden when I think of things this way. 

That pile of laundry I have to do?  A privilege...it means I have a family making those clothes dirty.  Have a stack of papers to correct?  It means I have the privilege of being a teacher to some great students!  A house to get ready for the holidays?  I have a house and a family to  cook for.  Have to work out in the morning?  I get the privilege of going for a run, as my body isn’t injured or hurting!  Life is soooo good from God’s perspective!  Thanks to my son, I got some of my perspective focused with our visit reminding me to look through God’s lens.  We so need each other, right?!
