Failure by definition…lack of success.

Failure....  Defined as lack of success.  Something none of us want tied to our name...yet something we have all experienced...some more, some less.  When I feel my failure the most, my greatest successful response is to draw close to the One who is not surprised by my failure.  He isn’t shocked.  Christ alone, when I stop long enough to raise my gaze to His, can redeem my failure.  He can save my destiny with just a glance.  I’ve been reading “The Pleasure of His Company” by Dutch Sheets...   Amazing!  His description of Christ’s response to Peter’s failure was stunning.  Redeeming, in fact!  So today, I choose to accept His gaze at my weakest moments...  I accept His embrace when I feel most unlovable...  He knows me well, and He loves me still.  Today is going to be in good hands!
